16 and 0, that's damn good.

For a team that has 16 wins and zero losses, it surprising there isn't more buzz about this Saturday's game against Saint Mary's here at the KMC. As Xaverian Weekly sports editor Matt Skube wrote in this weeks edition of the paper, womens sport at StFX tends not to get the crowds they deserve.

Speaking with X-Women Volleyball coach Michelle Aucoin, Eastlink television asked her if she found it difficult for female sports to get attention due to all the success of our universities male programs. Her answer: CIS Rugby champions, top finishes in Cross-County and an incredible winning streak in hockey, all compliments of our women's programs here at StFX.

The point? Our girls are good. Really good and some of the best will be facing off on Saturday against Saint Mary's at 2pm at the KMC. Take a break from your crazy hectic Saturday afternoon and get your ass to the rink. In fact, try checking out some x-volleyball action Saturday night at 6 in the OC main gym or the next day at 1pm. Admission is free to all of the above.
